Automated system of registration and tariffication of internet services «Grad» (or billing system - BS) maintains the following routings:

  • Creation and editing paid services.
  • Creation and editing services tariffs making possible forming of the payment sum taking into consideration:
    • limit of the spent resource
    • amount of the access acts to internet resource
    • access time: date, hours, week days
    • IP-area, via which is obtained the access to the resource
    • tariff areas
    • traffic type: incoming, outcoming or common. It’s possible to choose maximum among incoming and outcoming traffic.
  • BS makes it possible to set the following:
    • the periods of the action of tariff components
    • the license fee
    • the time period and a resource quantity which are allowed for the license fee
    • quota to the resource consumption for the specific period of the time
    • pay for exceeding of resource quota
  • Limitation of access on the specific hours, the dates, the days of week is assigned by the group of time constraints
    • creation, editing of time constraints
    • conducting the reference book of time constraints
  • Conducting the reference books of the tariff zones
    • Conducting the reference book of the routing areas
